About Us

Gas Train Ltd was established in 2002 co-founded by Bev Long, Geoff Golding, Steve Little & Chris Stearns, immediately bringing in Mick Wheeler as Centre Manager.

Gas Train’s first home was a converted industrial unit comprising of 1 training room, 1 theory room & workshop area offering Domestic Gas Training & Assessments only.  Soon extending our scope to include Commercial & LPG.  Offering 3 different category types of courses it was soon apparent we were outgrowing the first site, in 2006 we moved to our new purpose-built Training Centre, doubling our Training facilities and general workshop area.  In 2008 we became a Logic Certification accredited centre, giving us the opportunity to offer a wider range of courses including Renewables, electrics, Level 2 Gas Awareness in Social Housing, Level 3 Gas Work Auditing & Level 4 Gas Safety Management in Social Housing.

With our course list continuing to grow and to embrace the changes within the Industry we are extending our current training centre during 2019.  Please note – this will not interfere with the current facilities.
